Our discount packages are designed to support your commitment to your wellness by offering you $20 off each session within a four-session package.

1. Expiration: Packages expire 4 months after purchase. Client is responsible for booking all sessions within this timeframe—any unbooked or unused sessions will be forfeited after expiration. Extensions will not be granted.

2. Booking: To ensure availability, clients are encouraged to schedule all sessions upfront or within the first month of purchase. Expiration dates remain firm regardless of scheduling challenges.

3. Non-Refundable: Once purchased, packages are non-refundable. If a client is unable to receive remaining sessions due to a medical condition, they may gift or transfer sessions to family or friends to be used before package expiration. The transfer can be done directly or gift certificates expiring in 90 days can be issued. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or used beyond their original expiration date. Recipients of session transfer and gift certificates must agree to our Terms & Conditions.

4. No-Show Policy: If a client no-shows a scheduled session, the dollar amount designated toward that session will be forfeited from their package.

5. Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the full session fee being forfeited. Late cancellations due to illness or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
