Booking & Payment   Payment in Full by credit card books your session(s) online. Options to rebook in-person include cash, Venmo & Zelle.

Cancellation & Rescheduling   Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation and forfeits your session fee.

Fragrance Policy  Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes to your session. I am sensitive to synthetic fragrances found in many hair and cosmetic products. Minimizing artificial fragrances helps me be at my best to serve you best. Essential oils are fine.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations   Prepaid session fees are non-refundable for no-shows and late cancellations.  If you cannot attend your session due to illness or emergency, please contact me directly at 201-895-2288.

Late Arrivals   If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the full session length. However, minutes may be subtracted to accommodate the next scheduled client. Please call or text if you are running significantly late.

Refund Policy   Session fees and prepaid tips are non-refundable. Gift certificates are non-refundable, whether redeemed or expired. If the therapist must cancel or reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible due to client availability, a full refund will be issued.

Force Majeure Clause  In the rare case of natural disasters, national emergencies, or other unavoidable disruptions, sessions may need to be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible due to prolonged circumstances, reasonable refund options may be considered.

Session Transfers If a client is unable to receive a paid-for session due to a medical condition, they may be issued a gift certificate or transfer the session to a friend or family member. Recipients of session transfer and gift certificates must agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Expiration  All gift certificates, prepaid sessions, and packages must be used within the stated expiration period. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited, with no refund or extension.

Privacy & Confidentiality   Your personal information will be kept private and confidential.

Scope of Practice   Massage therapy is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace formal physicians’ medical treatment or diagnosis. Specific results are not guaranteed.

Therapist Discretion & Treatment Refusal   The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if contraindicated due to medical conditions or concerns regarding the health, safety, or wellbeing of either the client or therapist.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Treatment   4-Way Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or end treatment at our discretion. Full payment is still required, and no refund will be given in these cases, including but not limited to:

• Client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

• Client has withheld or failed to provide relevant health information.

• Client exhibits inappropriate actions, words, or behavior of a sexual nature.

• Client is threatening, aggressive, or violent, or poses a risk to the therapist.
